We collect information you provide directly via our inquiry forms (Name, Email, Message). We also automatically collect technical data (IP address, device info) via Cloudflare to ensure security.

2. Use of Data

We use your data solely to: (a) Respond to your inquiries; (b) Provide services; (c) Improve our website security. We do NOT sell your data.

3. AI Processing

When you use our AI demos, your input text may be processed by third-party LLM providers (e.g., Google, OpenAI). Do not input sensitive personal data (PII) into the chat interface.

4. Hong Kong PDPO

We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us.

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you represent a company, you warrant you have authority to bind that entity.

2. AI Disclaimer (Important)

Our services involve Artificial Intelligence technologies. You acknowledge that: (a) AI may produce inaccurate or offensive outputs ("Hallucinations"); (b) We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs; (c) You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before use.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Chronicle Digital Solutions Limited shall NOT be liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the fees actually paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in a separate contract: We retain ownership of our pre-existing code, methodologies, and AI prompt engineering techniques. You grant us a license to use your feedback to improve our models.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
